RPM Q2 is the debut model for RPM's brand new Q Series, developed alongside legendary paddle engineer and reviewer John Kew. Designed as a finely tuned high-performance full-foam paddle, the Q2 delivers powerful and reliable feedback across the entire hitting surface. This paddle balances controlled aggression, accessible power, and long-lasting durability.

By fine-tuning foam density, hardness, and rebound properties in strategic areas, the Q2 provides enhanced torsional stability, a wider sweet spot, and a solid, connected feel favored by advanced players. The result is a paddle built for competitive players who value elite power, stability on off-center hits, and reliable performance from baseline drives to fast kitchen exchanges.

KEY TECHNOLOGIES

Strategic Full-Foam Construction — Stable & Powerful

A fully optimized full-foam structure: maximizing core foam density, hardness, and rebound characteristics in strategic zones, delivering superior torsional stability on off-center contacts, an expanded sweet spot for greater forgiveness, a solid ball connection feel, and stable, controllable feedback in every situation.

Carbon Fiber Surface — Spin & Control

A high-precision carbon fiber surface provides top-tier spin and consistent ball feel even during intense play sessions.

Hybrid Flat Top Shape — Wide & Stable

The Hybrid Flat Top shape featuring a 7.7" wide hitting surface provides a larger sweet spot and higher forgiveness compared to traditional Elongated versions — ideal for players seeking stability and consistent feel across the entire face.

Storage
Keep your paddle in a dry, temperature-controlled place, ideally indoors. Avoid leaving it in a vehicle, since extreme heat and cold will damage it over time.

Paddle face and edge guard cleaning
Wipe down your paddle after every session. Clean the edge guard with a damp cloth. For the paddle face, use a paddle eraser for quick spot cleaning, or a slightly damp cloth for a more thorough wipe.

The graphics on your paddle will fade a little over time. Don’t worry, that just means you’re out there putting in the work.

Grip care
Wipe your grip after every session. Sweat, grit, and oils from your hands build up, and regular cleaning helps the grip last longer. You can also add an overgrip of your choice. There are many options, and an overgrip protects the original factory grip.
