Gearbox Pressure X Elongated — New Generation. Two Responses. One Platform.

The Pressure X Elongated is built from the inside out with two proprietary, patent-pending technologies: Pressure X Core and SpinLock™. Two versions — 8E (extended dwell, deep connected feel) and 8M (quicker rebound) — let players choose the exact response that fits their playing style.

The new Elongated+ geometry with a tapered throat is specially designed for a more comfortable two-handed backhand.

✅ USA Pickleball Approved — Certified under the 2026 Spin Rate Test.

KEY TECHNOLOGIES

Pressure X Core (Patent-Pending) — Built From the Inside Out

Pressure X Core combines three elements into a unified system built on Gearbox's SSTCore™ foundation:

Molded carbon — creates the structural foundation for power, stability, and energy return
Fine-tuned foam — adjusts dwell, pop, vibration dampening, sound, and feel
Controlled pressure — refines response across the entire paddle face

Result: consistent response charge, stable against disbonding caused by repeated impact and temperature.

SpinLock™ System (Patent-Pending) — Beyond Traditional Surface Texture

The SpinLock™ system combines three mechanisms to maintain spin over time:

Peel-Ply Texture — creates initial surface friction
Friction-Renewing Particles — as the initial surface gradually wears, new particles continue to be exposed, maintaining ball grip
Carbon Face + SSTCore™ — structure supporting ball interaction on hard drives

Full-Face Performance Mapping™ — Maximum Performance Across the Entire Paddle Face

Pressure X delivers one of the largest and most consistent usable sweet spots measured — maintaining powerful performance even on off-center hits.

8E vs 8M — CHOOSE YOUR RESPONSE

	8E — Extended Dwell	8M — Quick Rebound
Response	Compress • Hold • Shape	Faster, direct rebound
Dwell	3.13 ms — longer	Shorter
Feel	Deep connection at contact	Crisp, agile
Best For	Power control, spin, placement, shot shaping	Fast attack, hand speed

Storage
Keep your paddle in a dry, temperature-controlled place, ideally indoors. Avoid leaving it in a vehicle, since extreme heat and cold will damage it over time.

Paddle face and edge guard cleaning
Wipe down your paddle after every session. Clean the edge guard with a damp cloth. For the paddle face, use a paddle eraser for quick spot cleaning, or a slightly damp cloth for a more thorough wipe.

The graphics on your paddle will fade a little over time. Don’t worry, that just means you’re out there putting in the work.

Grip care
Wipe your grip after every session. Sweat, grit, and oils from your hands build up, and regular cleaning helps the grip last longer. You can also add an overgrip of your choice. There are many options, and an overgrip protects the original factory grip.
